Point 1: Her ear piece had a malfunction, so she couldn't hear herself.
Oh, what's that? You say,"if she really was a great singer, it wouldn't matter if she couldn't hear."
Is that so? Let's see you up on a stage in front of thousands of people, live on televison, and sing.
That's right. You're backing down.
Point 2: She wasn't even singing in her normal melody. Yeah, that shouldn't matter as much, but OH WAIT!
They barely had time to rehearse, according to, Access Hollywood, I think it was. (My bad I already closed the window :P)
Point 3: You are just jealous because you can't sing. You aren't dearly loved by millions. You aren't capable of carrying a tune. And you are not famous.
I'm so sorry your life sucks, but that doesn't mean you go and take it out on the people that have successfully made their dreams come true.
If you weren't so lame and miserable, you'd have better things to do then rank on her.
